It took Kaley some time to lose her extra pounds. Her weight transformation started after ‘Dancing with the Stars’ show. She tried calorie-burning hula-hoop tricks and reverse diet. But according to her words, visible changes started after she has changed her eating habits completely. Thanks to this Kaley dropped more than 50 pound. Of course she is working out hard with her trainer too, it takes her 5 days per week.
